What is a Budget Report?
A municipal budget report is a financial plan that details the level of spending required to bring municipal services to our community and to maintain our municipal assets.
Planning and Budgeting
Each year the municipality review its budget. The budget report is the municipality’s acute financial plan and indicates how much money will go towards each of the activities outlined in the IDP. It outlines where the municipality is getting its money, how much it will receive and how much will be spent on things like salaries, goods and services, infrastructure and equipment.
