What should you do to become our supplier?

 

If you are not registered as a supplier to Emadlangeni Municipality, you will need to do the following:

Download for free and fill in the Supplier Registration Form, or collect it in person for R100 fee at:

The following original documents need to accompany the form on submission

 

    • Valid Tax clearance

 

    • Company registration

 

    • Proof of banking details on company name

 

    • Latest statement of Water and lights account or Lease agreement

 

    • Certified Identity copies of Shareholders

 

    • Copy of certified BBEEE Certificate

 

    • Proof of reference for previous experience if any

 

    • Proof of registration fee of R100 paid at the cashier’s office
